Q: What are your shipping options?
A: We ship with USPS and FedEx. We try to use the most economical shipping method available.
Q: Do you pay Customs Duties and Fees?
A: No, we do not pay Customs Duties and Fees. We do not do this in part because we are a small operation. We do not have the resources to stay on top of every new rule and regulation regarding customs in foreign countries, so we just stay updated with US Customs info. You, the buyer will be responsible for these fees to your local Customs offices.
Q: Where is my order?
A: If you received an email from us regarding your order, there is probably a tracking number included. If you do not have the tracking number in an email from us, please
email us with the following information:
- Order Number
- Your First and Last Name
- Your Complete Mailing Address
- Your Complete Billing Address
- Your phone #
- The Date That You Ordered (can be approximate).
Q: Do you take orders over the phone?
