We understand that products are sometimes not in working order when you
receive them. There are many reasons for this. The product could be
defective, or it could have been damaged during shipping. Occasionally
we might even send our valued customers the wrong item. Should this
ever happen we will happily correct the situation. However, we ask that
you please DO NOT

item. Please wait for our response before you return the item. We will
instruct you via e-mail or phone as to how you should proceed with your
If you are contacting us regarding damaged goods or returns, please be sure to provide the following in your communication with us:

items returned without PRIOR Authorization!
- Your ORDER number (This is not the product SKU or Item #.)
- Which web site you ordered from (We operate many web sites and all of the communications are filtered to a few email addresses so we don't always know which site you placed your order on.)
- Your User ID or eMail address you used to place the order.
- Your shipping address.
- Clearly state your issue (The item was damaged, expired, wrong color, etc.) This is important so we know how to handle your request.
Returns must be requested within 2 weeks after receiving the item. Item must be in original packaging. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the return is not due to IBS shipping error or material defects.
Shipping to International customers is by USPS Mail. If any other type of delivery is needed you are required to contact us directly. Please allow 10 - 20 business days for your order to be delivered. Each country has different delivery schedules and customs processing time.
Please be aware Duty & Taxes are not included in the shipping price and each country has their own rules and policies you must follow. We hold the right to cancel any order we feel will be denied at customs or hazardous for us to ship. We follow all rules and guidelines governing international shipping. Shipping will not be refunded if any of the following reasons occur.
Package Scanned & Reported:
- Denied By Customs
- Invalid Address
- Confiscated by Customs
- Destroyed by Customs
